Client context

Govin is a technology company based in the Netherlands. When a key client made ISO 27001 a requirement for continuing the partnership, Govin needed to move quickly. They had no existing information security management system in place and needed to go from zero to certified in days, not months.

A client deadline was approaching and ISO 27001 certification was non-negotiable. Traditional consulting firms quoted timelines of 3 to 6 months, far too long. Govin needed a partner who could deliver speed without cutting corners.

What we implemented
