This Privacy Policy describes how Genroks PR ("Genroks", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, interact with, or use our services through https://genroks.com (the "Site"). By accessing Genroks, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What We Collect and How We Use It
Genroks is a digital platform that helps users automatically generate ISO 27001:2022 documentation based on their inputs, including through AI-powered completion. Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
• Contact information: Name, email address (used for communication and support).
• Account details: If you create an account (for personalized document generation or storage).
• Usage data: IP address, device/browser data, timestamps, interaction logs, used to improve functionality and prevent abuse.
• Document inputs: The data you manually enter (e.g. company name, scope, roles) and the documents generated. Stored temporarily for processing and download, then deleted after a short retention period unless otherwise agreed.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve Genroks' AI features.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
• Keep track of your session,
• Improve performance and usability,
• Analyze usage via tools like Google Analytics (if enabled).
You can control cookie settings in your browser, but disabling them may affect the core functionality of the app.
4. Storage and Security
Genroks stores user inputs and generated documents temporarily (usually until download or for up to 7 days in test mode) to allow file delivery. All data is stored securely on servers with access restrictions and encrypted transport (HTTPS).
No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we continuously work to apply industry-standard protections.
5. Test Version and Watermarking
If you are using the limited/test version, your documents may include watermarks and may be incomplete. These documents are intended solely for evaluation purposes and are deleted within a limited period.
6. Third Parties
We may share data with:
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for transactions. We do not store credit card info.
• AI service providers: We use third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI API) to transform your data as part of our core functionality. These providers do not use your data to train their models and are contractually prohibited from storing or misusing your information.
• Cloud providers to deliver your generated files,
• Support tools (e.g., email platforms) to respond to your queries.
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
7. Children
Genroks is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
• Access your data,
• Request deletion or correction,
• Withdraw consent,
• Export data,
• Opt out of data usage.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: office@genroks.com.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Genroks is provided by Genroks “as-is” and “as-available.” You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of generated ISO documentation before use or publication.
We are not liable for:
• Business decisions made based on generated documents,
• Regulatory or legal outcomes based on document usage,
